Anger will Kill You Quicker than Germs.

 

One’s body is a fantastic healing machine that has automatic processes built into it to ensure that it maintains a state of perfect health. As we know, our body’s cells naturally regenerate themselves at different speeds, depending upon where they are in the body.

We all notice that our hair falls out regularly, yet we don’t get bald.  Similarly, we have all had the experience of cutting ourselves only to see how new cells replaced their damaged predecessors. And we donate blood without gradually draining our circulatory system.

All these examples point to a replacement rate of cells, that is characteristic of different tissues and in different conditions, but which makes it abundantly clear that for many cell types renewal is a part of their story. Red blood cells make their repetitive journey through our bloodstream with a lifetime of about four months.

Why do we not get well and healthy with new cells?

Now you may be wondering how a person can create or maintain any illness past a few years if every cell in the body will be wholly regenerated and become brand new?

Doctor Deepak Chopra, one of my favourite “alternative” doctors and authors, asked the same question and through extensive research, found a surprising discovery. The reason unhealthy cells continue to replicate themselves as unhealthy cells is that negative emotions from life experiences become chemically trapped in the cell. This is causing it to “remember” itself to be sick. This process started the day we were born.

The negative feelings in these cellular memories cause a healthy cell to replicate as “unhealthy” which leads to the perpetuation of anger, illness or disease. Our vibrating frequency becomes lower and lower as our emotions play havoc with our cells and various diseases settle into our body. Cancer only survives in a low-frequency area of cells. Raise the frequency and watch your cancer disappear, unless you are trying to cure the cancer symptoms and not the original cause of the disease.

When the personality does not choose negative emotion, our physical bodies will vibrate in much greater harmony with its Soul, and disease will no longer consume us.

The chemicals caused by your emotions are stored within the walls of the cells. Scientists found that when you chose to express positive, healthy feelings (such as love, peace and gentleness) the cell walls respond to these positive emotions and their communication-receptors remain open, receptive, healthy and communicative searching for the primal message from the Soul. This merging with the Soul will put the Soul in charge of health and life purpose with a raised vibration throughout the body.

On the other hand, when a traumatic event occurs, chemicals called peptides flood into your bloodstream and attach themselves to your cell receptors, hindering chemical communication from taking place.

If the traumatic memory from these “chemically blocked cells” is not healed, they end up protecting themselves and cutting off healthy and necessary communication with other cells in the body including with the Soul. Blocked communication of cells in the body eventually over time leads to the development of anger and physical illness showing up in the body.

Dr Deepak Chopra decided to do a life study of successful survivors of illness and found that they all have two things in common.

  1. The first is that they were all able, with sincerity, to spontaneously choose to access a Divine Intelligent Loving Source inside of them (regardless whether they called it God, higher love, Infinite Source, Quantum, Soul, Inner-e, )
  2. Secondly, they, with authentic intent, forgave and healed themselves and others from past traumatic memories.

I recall reading about a woman who discovered this power of healing from within, cured herself of a tumour the size of a basketball in less than six weeks by releasing and reprogramming her traumatic memories. She went into her inner world and found her connection to her Divine Inner-e and cleaned out  her cellular memories and liberated herself from stored up negative emotions blocking her cells from communicating with each other and with the Soul. She used a similar method as those coming up below n this blog.

By adventuring into your inner-e world and exploring the heavy, hard or painful memories and thoughts inside you, you tap into your natural ability to heal it.

Start by diving into and through that dramatic story and trauma from your past, which is emotionally holding this pain in place in your cells. Thinking about it will bring up the emotion again, now is the time to choose to forgive the person and ask the “Devine” in you to bring joy and peace to this person; feel the release of love emerging out of you. The feeling is vital.

Do this every moment of the day that you are faced with angry thoughts because of circumstances coming at you through circumstances or people’s words or actions.

Secondly, start the process of daily connecting your Soul to your personality through either mindfulness, meditation or contemplation. In other words, give yourself time-out from activity, stress and from thinking – about ten minutes a day.  There are apps you can download that help you through these ten minutes every day. This relaxation of the physical body is essential. I use two methods:
