Sustainability creates and maintains conditions under which humans and nature can exist in productive harmony to support present and future generations. The idea of sustainability can be divided into three parts, profits, planet, and people. Economic sustainability conserves the natural resources needed for economic production, including renewable and exhaustible resources. Know sustainability in detail.
What is sustainability? What does it mean? What are the principles and pillars behind sustainability? Celebrities Supporting Sustainability
The previous class was on what sustainability is in the different ecological areas of our planet. We also discussed how each of us can contribute in our own special ways in our homes and local areas. Now we look at others whom we know well. And see what they are doing.
Being a celebrity does not just mean living a rich, lavish lifestyle anymore, but being some of the world’s most significant advocates for our society today. They promote a company’s products, set different trends, and voice positive opinions about sustainable change. You will constantly hear about popular culture and what is new with whom, wherever you go.
These people tremendously influence our world’s society, more than you could even imagine. Who are they? I look for people who aren’t happy just donating time or money to environmental charities but those whose work and whose name has a profound impact on drafting a bill or the success of a worthwhile project. Celebrities have been singled out who are honest about their limitations and consistent in their actions – using their fame for positive change.
